Returns Policy

Market Man Online will accept returns that are received within 15 days of purchase. Valid returns include damaged merchandise, defective merchandise, wrong item sent. Non-defective returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. Defective items can be returned for replacement or refund.

CONDITIONS

1. Non-defective merchandise must be returned in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.

2. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.

3. Shipping fees will not be refunded for non-defective returns.
